Pender installed our whole house HVAC system and have maintained it ever since. We decided a year ago to upgrade our system to gas for winter heating and electric  for summer cooling for our first floor. Jennifer and Rodney engineered the right system for us, and Rodney did the installation. We really enjoy the comfort the gas heat gives us for heating the first floor. Rodney inspects our systems several times a year, and everything is running smoothly. Back in early June of this year (2016), I needed to have my A/C unit replaced. I live on Callawassie Island and asked around about companies others have used. A few companies came up. I decided to do my own research and called 3 companies, including yours, for estimates. Your company was the ONLY one that actually sent a technician to my house for a thorough inspection. Within 1 hour, of my initial call, Jack was standing in my house doing said inspection. He gave me a written total cost, not an estimate, and left. There was little doubt in my mind which company I was going to use.

After installation there were a few minor issues that need to be corrected. When text Jennifer Petersen about these items she quickly responded to me, even doing so on a Sunday! Those issues were immediately rectified. One other major issue, the house was just not getting cool, required multiple visits from Jack. To his credit and that of others he spoke with, it was ultimately determined that the problem was due to faulty insulation over my fireplace. That issue was caused by the builder and NOT by Pender Brothers. It was however corrected by your company.

Today my unit is running perfectly. The response of your team was nothing short of spectacular, in particular that of Jennifer. Her response, her actions to stay on top of the situation, her continuing to tell me that the problem will be found and fixed, was incredible. She is the epitome of what good customer relations should be. Simply put the entire experience, not withstanding some frustration, was as good as I could ever expect. Kudos to you and the company you built.

Since then I have recommended 2 others to your company. One of the personally thanked me for the recommendation after they had Pender Brothers do their unit. I am certain others will follow as they will get my most ardent recommendation for Pender Brothers.
